......How
soon do we need to book all the travel arrangements? .....
The
travel arrangements can be done a bit later than most things, just be very
sure that you have booked your wedding date first, and that you have
secured a location, wedding planner etc.
.....For
Mexican Weddings do the blood tests have to be done in Mexico or can they
be done at home....?
Many wedding
planners say both. But we have confirmed with numerous brides that
the blood tests can be done at home, just make sure they are done only a
few days before the wedding date and that they are properly notarized.
.....The
resort where we are getting married say that they have a wedding planner
their, should I use them or can I use someone else, what's the
difference....?
Most resorts do
have wedding planners now....the difference is that the outside wedding
planners might be a bit more money but you will get a more customized
wedding....be sure to check that the outside wedding planner is able to
work with your specific resort.
.....I am
wearing a traditional dress, how am I going to get it to my
destination....?
Believe it or
not but the airports are very accommodating when it comes to this, yes
they are even, "dare I say it" POLITE, just make sure you call
the airline in advance, there are special shipping boxes that you can use,
where the dress will be hanging up but still enclosed.
